Original Stumpf Live Edge Natural Wood Stump Table
The Stump Table that gave us our claim to fame! These natural wood tables are simple, elegant, and fun to arrange several around the home or office.
Each original Stump Table comes with ingenious no scratch, micro-rolling casters. These ultra low-profile steel bearings provide a stable footing on carpet, and allow you to gently roll the stump table easily on hard floors.
I personally get a kick out of crafting each original Stump table. From harvesting the best hard and soft woods, to visualizing how each piece can achieve optimal character, to diving in an taking a full sized 10' log and turning it into a piece of art.
The finish of the final piece is a combination of three finishing techniques. The sides are sanded smooth to receive at least three lacquer coats. The stump table top is finished in five applications of durable Danish Oil over the course of five days. Finally, the top receives a final paste wax for maximum protection and easy maintenance for the life of your table.
This product is a Made to Order item. We make it when you order it! I love talking to customers to find out where they'd like the piece to live, room ideas, accompanying furniture, etc. If you want a deeper color tone, not a problem.
