Do you sell gift cards?
YES... and no. Stumpf Woodworks doesn't have the plastic gift cards folks are familiar with. Primarily because these things are impractical for a furniture business. Rather, we work with you to ensure a project gets done at a price discounted by you. I've done this three or four times and it's worked good. How's that for analog business practices!?
What are the payment options?
Stumpf Woodworks accepts credit cards (through PayPal), Venmo, business account checks, and cold hard cash.
What is your return policy?
Stumpf Woodworks doesn't accept returns unless the item breaks due to poor craftsmanship. If it's bought, shipped and a signature hits FedEx's computer, the beautiful piece belongs to the buyer. Since 99% of my projects are custom commissions, there is no recourse once the project gets underway.
How do I get started?
It's pretty simple. We agree on a design specification in a manner that you're comfortable with. After receiving a 50% deposit, I begin working on the piece, collecting the final amount upon delivery.
